Return Policy
FMLS allows returns within 90 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Items must be in their original condition, including packaging, accessories, and tags, if applicable. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, and for gift returns with a gift receipt, store credit may be provided. Certain items may not be eligible for return. In-Store Pickup Policy
For in-store pickup orders, items must be picked up within 90 days of purchase. If no arrangements have been made and the order is not collected within this timeframe, the order will be canceled, and a refund will not be issued. If you anticipate a delay in pickup, please contact us to discuss alternative arrangements. We are happy to assist with any questions or concerns regarding your in-store pickup.
Payments
We accept payments via Discover, American Express, Master Card, and Visa credit or check cards. Such payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the card. We will not be liable in any manner if said institution does not accept or honor the credit or check card for any reason.
Shipping
We will gladly ship to any destination in the continental U.S. using UPS ground. Title and risk of loss shall be the customer's upon shipment from FMLS. We do not ship outside the continental U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii.
Product Availability
Product availability is not guaranteed and may, at times, be limited or unavailable for immediate shipment. FMLS reserves the right to change product selections, inventory or pricing without prior notice or liability.
